Soul Souvlaki New Redruth was opened by two Greek sisters, Aglaia and Aida, in February of this year. The two sisters said that they have fallen in love with the people of Alberton as they conjure a "Storge" of their own which, much like the Alberton smile, is unique to the area.

With winter in full swing, nothing makes you feel warmer, both inside and out, than food like your Mama made it. With a plethora of options on their menu, the most popular and most traditional are the souvlaki "In the Hand".

The filling of choice is paired with Tzatziki/Hummus, Italian Parsley, Rocket, Red Onion, Tomato and fresh chili, and rolled in warm Toasted Pita.

According to Aida, the best way to eat Greek food is by sharing small plates, as the Greeks would call it, "mezedes".
